You may have noticed that there’s a bit of an issue in the news.
Stay at home unless absolutely necessary, self-isolate if you or anyone in your household are infected with Covid-19 or are in a high risk group, etc. etc. And then they said not to go to pubs either.
So we’re not going to be in the back room of The Organ Grinder for a while. Instead, we’re going virtual, having our meeting online through the magic of internet conference call software (hmm, that sounds quite dry and business-like rather than magical). Anyway, if you want to join in, email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll give the login details.
After that, grab yourself a glass of your preferred tipple, log on and enjoy the chat. As well as discussing our latest works in progress for our collaborative gothic short story anthology, we’ll be able to read out anything we’ve produced and perhaps fire up some webcams too.
Interesting that we’re having a remote meeting with just a few days left before our poetry competition closes on the topic of ‘remote’. Almost as if we planned it! (We didn’t plan it).
See you online on Thursday 19 March, 19:00-21:00
